Reservations
DEPOSITS:
Reservations will not be confirmed until a deposit of $50.00/person is received.
CANCELLATIONS:
If you cancel at least 30 days prior to your reservation date, your deposit will be re-funded, less a $25.00 administration fee.
Cancellations received less than 30 days from reservation date are non-refundable unless we are able to re-book your ice bungalow (a $25.00 administration fee will still apply).
PAYMENTS:
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Money Order, Cash or Certified Cheque. (Personal cheques will only be accepted if your Driver's License Number or Credit Card Number is provided.)
Please be prepared to settle the balance of your account on arrival.
DAMAGES:
You will be responsible for any lost, broken, or damaged inventory items, excessively unclean bungalows, or any damage resulting from negligent or irresponsible activity in or around the ice bungalow.
